I truly hit the lottery in May when it comes to great Reverse Harems / Why Choose reads with Vampires!

Welcome to a mafia meets paranormal world. Carina (FMC) has kept her identity hidden in a world where no one believed a woman could lead. But Carina was a baddie who didn’t mind staying in the shadows as she knew she was more powerful than them all. Yes, I swooned over Carina just a bit. I mean, not only was she a boss babe, but she was also a domme AND a hybrid vampire. She had everyone falling to their knees for her.

The book itself drew me into its equal parts plot and spice. Everything comes at you fast in this book but it does not take away from the spice/plot. Cliffhangers always get me, but the ending for this book was a great lead into the next one (which I absolutely can not wait for).

Conclusion - Should You Read This?

I could not put this book down! It was a short read that had spice, a great plot, a badass FMC, and some sexy men. Plus it takes place in New York!
