Book Review - Restrain Me by Michelle Heard 💋

Ah, I love the bodyguard trope. It's not only a forbidden romance, but one where I'm instantly locked in to see how this plays out. I always expect some amazing banter between the bodyguard and the person they are guarding, which was absolutely the case here. Michelle Heard did not disappoint and I loved every second of this story! 

Camille, a socialite, was assigned a bodyguard by her father. She wasn't expecting the gorgeous (and intimidating) Maxim to walk into her life. While forced to spend time with this man, his secrets are uncovered. Max also learns the truth behind Cami and that she is not a stuck up brat, but rather she is down to-earth and pushed into this life by her father.

Throughout the story, you see Cami and Max's relationship grow - even though he tries so hard not to fall for her. The author's writing is beautiful and there is so much sexual tension and spice between the two MCs. 

“ Don't you dare come...Don't you fucking dare. ”
