Where do I even begin? This book quickly became one of my all-time favorites. The character building and plot were top-notch - I just couldn’t put this book down!
To start, Salem and Skye are two strong badass women, who happen to be assigned to the same freshman dorm room. While they quickly become great friends, they also become the obsession of the Ledger twins. This unwanted attention from the twins leads to hilarious scenes of banter and tension.
After a fire starts in their dorm room, they are forced to relocate to the fraternity house. A house filled with the most delicious men on campus. Little do the ladies know, they are coming face to face with the seven deadly sins.
My favorite take on the sins has to be Graham. I was intrigued from the beginning by how Dakota would make Gluttony into a sinfully delicious character and let me tell you- she nailed it!
If you love dark romance, fantasy/paranormal, enemies to lovers, forbidden romance, and Multiple POVs, this book is absolutely for you! Oh, did I forget to mention the Jacob’s Ladder AND group scene… 🥵🥵🥵

Not only is this book spicy with a great plot, but it also includes characters of color and the MFCs friend- Javelynn, who is a fierce non-binary character (pronouns they/them).
The ending of this book hurt my soul with the MAJOR cliffhanger and I’m totally counting down the days until Queens of Hell House is released!
Dakota- you are a QUEEN and I can’t wait to read every title you release.
